Wavelength

Today, Thursday 2 nd April we have been in the "Centre Civic de la Salut" to watch the play "Wavelength".

Wavelength tells the story of two girls, Sammy and Lisa. They would like to join in the band "Wavelength" because Nick, the boss of the band, is very gorgeous. Lisa doesn't want to Sammy join in the band, and she keeps telling her what to wear, telling her that she should smoke, have a tattoo and a piercing.

Sammy and Lisa have an argument, but shortly afterwards Nick's girlfriend calls him. Sammy and Lisa didn't know that Danny had a girlfriend, then, they make up and return to be friends.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS:

1.- Do you like what you do?

Danny- Yes, I do. I enjoy my job.

Gemma- Yes, I like my task.

Hannah- Yes, but I also love sleeping.

2.- Was it difficult to make it?

Danny- Yes and no. Yes, because I like the task but is difficult because we have to learn the dialogue.

3.- Is it your first play?

Danny- Yes, in Badalona, but we made others plays in a lot of places.

4.- Where did the idea come from?

Danny- Well...I don't remember!

5.- Where are you from?

Danny- I'm from London

Gemma- I'm Irish.

Hannah- I'm from London, too.

6.- What are your names?

Danny, Gemma and Hannah.

7.- Do you like the clothes you wear?

Danny- Yes, I like it. My clothes are simple.

Gemma- No, I don't like my clothes, but it's my clothes for the role.

Hannah- I love my clothes.

8.- Have you got a girlfriend?

Danny- No, I haven't.

Living Europe!

Five months ago more or less, we went to watch a play from Open Theatre. It is called Living Europe. His author and director is Albert Pueyo.
This play is about three students whose wish is to take part in a television program. This program is broadcasted all over Europe. But this job is for one of all the participants and they will have to work hard to obtain the job!
The boy, Alex, tries to convince that he is the best candidate but he hasn't got good luck. In fact, his partner is elected. His job is to clean the set. In his free time, Alex begins to imagine that he is in a TV program and the boss accepts him as a presenter. Then his partner is annoyed with him. She thinks that Alex stole her job, and he decides to leave to Barcelona.
When she knows that, immediately she goes to the airport and she apologizes and invites him to stay together in here.

That experience was very funny and we recommend it to other students and we are sure that they will like it a lot :)
