National Day of Catalonia

On 11th September, National Day of Catalonia!
We'll celebrate this day in London which sorrow that we won't be in our home!

I ask for this day, I want that we sing the hymn in Catalan or in English, so this I leave the hymn here.

Catalunya triomfant,
tornarà a ser rica i plena.
Endarrera aquesta gent
tan ufana i tan superba.

Catalonia triumphant
Shall once again be rich and bountiful,
Drive them back, those people
So conceited and so arrogant.

Bon cop de falç,
Bon cop de falç,
Defensors de la terra!
Bon cop de falç!

A good blow with the sickle,
A good blow with the sickle,
Defenders of the land!
A good blow with the sickle!

Ara és hora, segadors.
Ara és hora d'estar alerta.
Per quan vingui un altre juny
esmolem ben bé les eines.

Now is the time, reapers,
Now is the time to be alert.
For when another June comes,
Let us sharpen our tools well.

Bon cop de falç,
Bon cop de falç,
Defensors de la terra!
Bon cop de falç!

A good blow with the sickle,
A good blow with the sickle,
Defenders of the land!
A good blow with the sickle!

Que tremoli l'enemic
en veient la nostra ensenya.
Com fem caure espigues d'or,
quan convé seguem cadenes.

Let the enemy tremble
On seeing our banner.
Just as we cut down golden stalks of wheat,
When the time is right, we shall reap chains.

Bon cop de falç,
Bon cop de falç,
Defensors de la terra!
Bon cop de falç!

A good blow with the sickle,
A good blow with the sickle,
Defenders of the land!
A good blow with the sickle!

Rain or sun?

Possibly the week that we go to London it could rain or not... this is in hands of a good weatherman!

The reports of this year say that spring and summer will be colder than previous years, because the rays of the sun are lower. This hasn't happened since almost 100 years ago.

Now, we can not ask ourselves if it will rain or it will be sunny, because it is too early to know it. But according to the former years, June is the clearest and less rainy of all the year. Because, the data oscillate between the 45 l/m2 and it rains a lot during a few minutes and immediately it is sunny.
