Of course, there is a Time Out London, where you can see everything that is going on in the city at this moment and everything that will be going on during the following months. Really interesting! And there is also a Time Out Barcelona. You can buy the magazine in Catalan. I found it in Abacus and guess what!!! Number 62, 27 March-2 April has got 13 pages devoted to London: Cheap London, 101 propostes al·lucinants per descobrir Londres amb pocs diners. I'm going to read it during the holidays and I'll tell you about it. You can try to find the magazine, it's only 1,95 euro. And I'm sure it will be worth reading it.
